Return Policy

1. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance by ABC Wholesale Goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact us at invoicing@abcwholesalegoods.com or call (305) 537-6361 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned items must be received by us within 45 days of the original invoice date. Returns received after this period may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

3. Eligible Items for Return

Items may be returned for the following reasons:

• Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
• Incorrect items shipped (our error)
• Items that do not match the product description

All returned items must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or special order items
• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without a Return Authorization number
• Items returned after the return period has expired
• Clearance or closeout items (unless defective)

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective item, etc.). For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For Freight and LTL returns, customers are responsible for arranging return freight. We can assist with coordinating return freight if needed.

6. Return Process

To return an item:

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
3. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RA number
4. Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number
5. Retain your shipping receipt until the return is processed

7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error or product defects. Restocking fees help cover the costs of processing returns, inspecting items, and returning them to inventory. No restocking fee applies to returns due to our error or defective items.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit account customers, credits will be applied to the account.

Refund amounts will be reduced by any applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs (if not due to our error), and original shipping charges (non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt). We will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when possible.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be available at the time of return.

11. Wholesale Returns

As a wholesale distributor, we understand that returns may be necessary for business reasons. However, we reserve the right to limit returns from customers who frequently return items or abuse our return policy. We may require purchase orders or additional documentation for large returns.
