For large orders and palletized shipments, we offer Freight shipping services. Freight shipments are ideal for orders that require full truckload or multiple pallet delivery. Our freight partners provide reliable service for commercial deliveries to loading docks and warehouses.

- Customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments unless liftgate service is arranged
3. LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Shipping
For orders that are too large for standard parcel shipping but don't require a full truckload, we offer LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping. LTL shipping is an economical option for wholesale orders that can be palletized and shipped alongside other freight.

- Ideal for orders ranging from 150 lbs to 15,000 lbs
- LTL carriers provide tracking and delivery confirmation
- Delivery typically occurs during business hours to commercial addresses

4. Standard Parcel Shipping
For smaller wholesale orders, we offer standard parcel shipping via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Parcel shipping is suitable for orders that can be shipped in standard boxes.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout. For Freight and LTL shipments, quotes are provided upon order confirmation.

6. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- LTL Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Freight Shipping: 7-14 business days
These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses. For Freight and LTL shipments, a commercial address with loading dock or forklift access is recommended.
9. Receiving Shipments
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. For Freight and LTL shipments, inspect pallets for damage before accepting delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies to us within 24 hours of delivery.
10. International Shipping
